The short version

UtilBear tools run entirely in your browser. The text you type and the files you select are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We have no accounts, no user database and no way to see your content.

What we process

Tool input (text, files) stays on your device. Some tools keep your input in your browser's session storage so it survives a page reload; it is removed when you close the tab and never transmitted.

Hosting and logs

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages and protect against abuse, as any web host does.

Advertising and analytics

We may show advertising (such as Google AdSense) to keep the tools free. Where required, for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent through a certified consent management platform before any advertising cookies are used, and you can decline. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less traffic analytics.
